Coping with Menopause
Friday, July 18th, 2008When discussing this topic, the first important note to make is that menopause is a normal, biological process that nearly every woman will experience. It is not a disease, and should not be treated as such. This time of a woman’s life can occur anywhere from the age of 30 to 60 years, but the most common time for menopause to begin is when a woman hits her 40’s or 50’s. Menopause prior to the age of 40 is considered early or premature menopause, depending upon the cause.
