A Personal Account Of Sciatica Pain

Some years ago I had done some preliminary damage to my back that lead to frequent moments of serious sciatica pain in my life. Since then I have replaced the sciatica pain with two herniated discs in my back which is a much more constant and annoying pain but the fact remains that I can give a very detailed first hand account of how sciatica pain comes about and what it is like. It is never a pleasurable experience and sciatica pain is also not something that has any real warnings or lets you know in any way that it is coming on. Sometimes you can trigger it by over exerting your back but it is not always your back that triggers sciatica pain. It is a very tricky and painful little experience that can sneak up on you out of nowhere and leave you crippled in pain for days. To give you an example of what it is like I will give you an account of my first experience with sciatica pain.
